Meet dolphins, sea lions and rare Indo-Pacific fish in hands-on marine discovery programmes like Dear Mr. Dolphin, A Journey of Pacific Pier and Happy Fish Market. Ocean Park's two new Parents & Kids Workshops offer younger children and their parents a chance to experience fun interactive learning at the Amazing Asian Animals. Kids aged 3-5 will love the cute games incorporating dress-up, singing and dancing at the Baby Animals' Party, which includes a visit to see the real critters too. Children aged 6-8 can learn about the joys and responsibilities of parental love with Animals' Mami and Daddi, a unique programme where kids act out the part of animal parents caring for their young while exploring the topic of animal reproduction. Don't miss out on the chance to participate in these great programmes for the whole family!

Application Method

  • Send the application form, along with a crossed cheque for EACH programme made payable to Ocean Park Corporation. Send to the Education Department at Ocean Park on or before the booking deadline.
  • One application form should be submitted for EVERY programme application. Please photocopy the form if necessary. EACH application form can book for a maximum of 4 members and each member can invite one senior citizen (aged 65 or above) to join the SAME programme. Please state all the SmartFun membership numbers.
  • Place in the programme are determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We will inform successful applicants by email or phone in 2 weeks after the arrival of the application. For unsuccessful applicants, Ocean Park will return the payment cheque by mail within a month.

Programme Fee

  • Parent & Kids Series
  • 1 Child and 1 Parent: $216
  • Senior Citizen (aged 65 or above with Hong Kong identity card):$120
  • Playful Animal Series
  • Adult / Child (aged 3-11): $108
  • Senior Citizen (aged 65 or above with Hong Kong identification card): $120

Terms and conditions

1.

All participants MUST be a SmartFun member with a VALID Annual Pass. Each SmartFun member can bring along one senior citizen to join the programme. The application must be submitted by the SmartFun member and the member must accompany the senior citizen to join the programme. Senior citizen must bring his/her Hong Kong identification card for admission on the date of programme.

2.

SmartFun Silver Pass holders must enter the Park before 12:00nn if he/she would like to join the programme held on Saturday afternoon. They have to purchase an Ocean Park admission ticket if he/she would like to enter the Park and join the programme held on Sundays and public holidays. (Not applicable to Gold Pass holders)

3.

Programme will not be rescheduled and programme fee is non refundable once the application is confirmed.

4.

Ocean Park reserves the right to change the programme content without prior notice.

5.

Children aged under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

6.

If the cheque submitted is invalid, the application will be rejected.

7.

Participants are expected to enter the Park and arrive at the allocated gathering points on their own.

Cancellation policy

If any of the following situations occur, the Park will reschedule the affected visit within three months of the original date:

•

The Hong Kong Observatory issues a red/black rainstorm warning; or

•

The Hong Kong Observatory hoists typhoon signal number 8 or above; or

•

Subject to a decision made solely by Ocean Park, other situations occur for which the Park deems cancellation necessary.
