    Programmes for Junior Primary School Students (6-8 years old)

    Panda Ranger's Discovery

    • Learn about the wild animals found in Sichuan — giant pandas, red pandas and golden monkeys
    • Trace the tracks and learn about animals living in the bamboo forest through the interactive computer programme
    • Visit the animal exhibit and meet our national treasures

    South Pole Summit

    • Visit the South Pole Spectacular and meet with the penguins
    • Find out how birds are influenced by climate change via the interactive computer programme
    • Play a game and learn how to use electricity wisely and live a low-carbon life

    One-way travelling time between the Ocean Park Main Entrance and The Summit is about 45 minutes. Please allow sufficient time to reach the programme location and return from Ocean Park.

    ˇIncludes education programme and self-visit at the Park

    Ocean Park issues 1 complimentary teacher's ticket for every 10 student tickets purchased per group, so they can accompany students to the classroom session. An extra programme fee applies for any additional teacher to enter the Park. Students cannot use the complimentary teacher tickets, and vice versa.

    The programme fees are valid until 31 December 2017.


    Programmes for Senior Primary School Students (9-11 years old)

    Rainforest Treasury

    • Visit the Rainforest and discover the hidden inhabitants
    • Find out the relationships between humans and the rainforest through interactive drama activities
    • Rethink human needs and suggest ways to share natural resources harmoniously through letter

    Ocean Court

    • Visit the Shark Mystique exhibit and understand a shark’s physiology and survival skills
    • Clarify human misconceptions regarding sharks
    • Become “Shark Messengers” and preach the message of “Sharks are Not Fated to Extinction” to friends and relatives

    Rulers of the Ocean

    • Visit the new exhibit Shark Mystique and investigate why sharks have ruled the ocean
    • Explore the challenges of a shark's surviving in Hong Kong and rethink the demand of shark fins
    • Understand the importance of sharks and promise to stop consuming shark fins
