Building on the special dining and shopping experiences offered during Mother’s Day last month, Ocean Park is launching another exclusive experience from 1 to 30 June to celebrate Father’s Day. Fathers can break away from their busy work schedules and dine with their families in front of stunning marine life at Neptune’s Restaurant, the only restaurant in an aquarium setting in Hong Kong, while enjoying the limited-time edition Dinner Menu specially designed by Michelin-starred chef Chan Kwok-keung. The menu is elevated with luxury ingredients like Canadian Scallop and Australian Lobster to tingle their taste buds. The restaurant will also serve complimentary welcome drink for fathers who select the limited-time edition dinner set menu, while SmartFun members can enjoy an additional complimentary fruit platter for the dinner set menu. Additionally, guests can enjoy discounts on wine whenever they savour the set lunch or set dinner menu.
The Father’s Day limited-time edition Set Dinner Menu* designed by Chef Chan, Consultant Chef of Neptune’s Restaurant, will use sustainable seafood** sourced from Australia and Canada. The cuisine includes Stir-fried Asparagus with Diced Wagyu Beef and Crispy Lobster with Chardonnay Sauce, the savoury lobster and rich gravy beef are the best treats to thank fathers for their efforts over the years. Double-boiled Silky Fowl Consommé with Cepes, Matsutake and Conpoy meanwhile plays as a great source of nourishment for fathers. Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek and Pear in Red Wine and Fried Rice with Minced Wagyu Beef, Beetroots and Egg White have the perfect look, flavour and taste to satisfy the cravings of all families. Much loved by both adults and children, Mango Sago with Pomelo and Deep-fried Milk Pudding in Honey-dew Melon Flavour serve as a perfect ending to the experience. Father’s Day Edition Set Lunch Menu is also available at Neptune’s Restaurant, using fine ingredients like Canadian Scallop and Kagoshima Pork to create a delicate and delicious dining experience.

Guests who purchase two designated family t-shirts at Waterfront Gifts or Rainforest Gift Shop can have their names embroidered onto the t-shirts for free, so all family members can have their customised t-shirts.
