Physically Disabled

Most of the exhibition halls and mechanical rides are accessible by physically disabled guests including toilets, ramps, theatre viewing platforms and Stairmate facilities. There are specially designed gondolas at the Cable Car, Ferris Wheel and Balloons-up-up-and-away for wheelchair bound guests. For free wheelchair services, please contact our Guest Relations Office.
Visually Impaired

For guests with visual impairment, contour models of mechanical rides, tactile maps and Braille guide maps are available for them to better enjoy the Park's facilities. Just contact our Guest Relations Office upon arrival.
Hearing Impaired

For guests who are hearing aid users, the Loop Pad System is available at the Guest Relations Office and Ticketing Office at Main Entrance and Tai Shue Wan Entrance for their convenience.
