Water World
Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong

Weather Arrangements

In general, Ocean Park remains open in inclement weather, as we have many sheltered areas to protect visitors. However, in extremely adverse conditions such as when the Hong Kong Observatory issues a rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone signal, special Park arrangements will go into effect. Please refer to the list below to see the arrangements that correspond to each such condition.

For safety reasons, Ocean Park may suspend certain rides and shows during inclement weather. Visitors should call our enquiry hotline at (852) 3923 2323 for information about our current weather arrangements.

The Park may remain closed for an extended period and the re-opening is subject to the impacts brought about by the typhoon. Regular dated admission tickets of the day can be exchanged for a new ticket of the same type within 3 months from the date of the tickets.  To exchange your ticket, please bring along your original ticket and approach the Ticketing Office at the Park’s Main Entrance. If your dated tickets were purchased from travel agents, please contact individual agents directly for details.
