• Guests are requested to follow staff instructions when entering the “Giant Panda Adventure” to visit the animals.
• Visiting arrangements are subject to adjustment based on crowd flow. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
• The exhibit area for giant panda Ying Ying and the twin cubs may be adjusted based on actual conditions; please follow on-site announcements.
• Animal exhibits are subject to change and/or may be temporarily closed due to the animals' conditions or venue reasons without prior notice.

Venue: Hong Kong Jockey Club Sichuan Treasures | Aqua City
Exhibit opening hours: From 10:00am to 7:00pm daily

• Animals may remain in back-of-house facilities during the session. Guests can view the animals through the camera set at the back-of house facilities.
• Guests are requested to follow the staff's instructions to enter the Hong Kong Jockey Club Sichuan Treasures to view the animals.
• If there are a large number of people, appropriate crowd control measures, such as distributing “time ticket” to limit the number of guests as well as the length of stay, etc., will be implemented. All “time tickets” are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.

1-st Anniversary Celebration of An An and Ke Ke's Arrival in Hong Kong

26 September 2025 marks the one-year anniversary of giant pandas An An and Ke Ke's arrival in Hong Kong. To commemorate this special occasion, Ocean Park has organized a series of exciting activities and unique souvenirs for you to enjoy! On 26 & 27 September, we will distribute limited-edition An An and Ke Ke paper fans at the park entrance, providing a refreshing breeze during the warm summer days. Join us in this meaningful celebration and create unforgettable memories!

Collect the limited edition stamps commemorating An An and Ke Ke's one-year anniversary in Hong Kong, and take home a unique memento of this special occasion. Each stamp symbolizes the heartwarming story of these adorable giant pandas in Hong Kong, allowing you to preserve an everlasting memory of this significant day!

1. Each ticket is valid for one participant only.
2. Participants must be aged three years or older; those aged three to eleven must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen or older.
3. Please arrive at the event venue five minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
4. Latecomers will not be accommodated, and the spot will be given to a standby participant.
5. Event content may be subject to change or cancellation due to venue circumstances, and no prior notice will be given.
