SmartFun Annual Pass Membership Extension Arrangements

Ocean Park has been closed temporarily since 26 January 2020. Thank you for extending us your consideration and continued support during these trying times. To ensure that our SmartFun members can enjoy their privileges and Park experiences to the fullest, we are extending the validity of all existing SmartFun Annual Pass memberships that originally expired on or after 26 January by 139 days beyond their original expiration date, to reflect the number of days the Park has been closed (26 January to 12 June), plus an extra 1-month** membership to compensate for the arrangement on closing the Park every Tuesday during June and July!
 
If you have already renewed your SmartFun Annual Pass, your existing SmartFun Annual Pass membership will be extended. The membership validity of your renewed Annual Pass will activate after the expiry date of your existing Annual Pass.

*Members whose membership validity expired on or before 25 January 2020, or who have purchased a new membership that begins after 12 June are not eligible for these membership extension arrangements.
Our system will be updated to show the new validity period on 13 June 2020, after which you may log in to your SmartFun online account to check the change.

Notes:

  • **30 days are counted as 1 month of extra membership.
  • All SmartFun Annual Pass membership validity dates will be updated automatically.
  • Members can continue using their existing SmartFun Annual Pass until the new validity date expires, to enjoy in-park shopping, dining and other member-exclusive offers when the Park reopens.
  • Members whose birthdays fell between January and June and have not redeemed their birthday offers, or who have in-park physical coupons or e-coupons that expired during this period, can redeem their related privileges or offers within three months after the Park reopens.
  • Members who would prefer to receive a new SmartFun Annual Pass with the updated validity date printed on it may proceed to the Ocean Park Ticketing Office and request a pass change.
