Giant Panda Twin Cubs One Year Old Celebration

This August, Ocean Park is celebrating the first birthday of the adorable panda cubs, Elder Sister ‘Jia Jia’ and Little Brother 'De De’. Enjoy beautifully themed decorations for unforgettable photo opportunities, and have fun with stamp rallies while marking your calendar for exciting free giveaways! Ocean Park Annual Members, Panda Twins Fan Club members, and toddlers who share the same birthday as the panda cubs are invited to join the celebration party on August 15! Plus, it's a double celebration, as the proud parents, Ying Ying and Le Le, are also celebrating their birthdays this August! Come share in the joy and make lasting memories with our lovable pandas!

Besides the celebration of the panda twin cubs, this summer, Ocean Park and AEON Card present: "LINE FRIENDS x Panda Friends Summer Splash", coinciding with our giant pandas' birthdays, to double the fun! Globally beloved popular IP LINE FRIENDS are joining Ocean Park’s cute Panda Friends to “Go into BAMBOO”! Together, they will discover the cute daily life of giant pandas, advocate for everyone to love animals and conserve nature, and splatter with you with a wave of thrills!

Ocean Park cordially invites 20 children born in Hong Kong on 15 August 2024, who share the same birthday as the giant panda twins, along with their family to join The Panda Twins' Grand Birthday Party on 15 August 2025! On the day of the event, the documentary trailer of the giant panda twins will be premiered, with Giant Panda caretakers sharing updates about Elder Sister "Jia Jia" and Little Brother "De De." After a private visit to see the giant pandas, there will be light refreshments and longevity noodles to conclude the event.

Families are welcome to enjoy the rest of the Park after the party until Park close.
Each child will receive a Chow Tai Fook X Ocean Park Collection "Giant Panda Pawrents Gift Set" 999.9 Gold Coin sponsored by Chow Tai Fook (retail value: HK$2,200), a HiPP Little Explorer Organic Gift Basket sponsored by HiPP (retail value: HK$578) and a Ocean Park Elder Sister “Jia Jia” & Little Brother “De De” Water Bottle with Stripe  (retail value: HK$130) as birthday presents. 

How to Participate:
Comment on our social media post, and the park will select 20 of the best comments to be guests at the birthday party. The 20 successful participants will be notified on 5 August, 2025. Once confirmed, participants will receive a confirmation email. Please present the confirmation email, along with the accompanying parent’s Hong Kong Identity Card and the original copy of the child’s Hong Kong birth certificate for verification purposes on the day of the event to enter the event venue.

Calling Ocean Park Annual Members and Panda Twins Fan Club members! To celebrate the giant panda twins’ first birthday, the Park is hosting a celebration exclusive for members on 15 August 2025! On the day of the event, the documentary trailer of the giant panda twins will be premiered, with Caretakers sharing updates about Elder Sister "Jia Jia" and Little Brother "De De" as well as a private visit to see the giant pandas at a designated session! Each participant will receive Pepper Pork Bone Soup Noodle (souvenir version) sponsored by Wing Lok Noodles Factory (retail value: HK$78), a Ocean Park Elder Sister “Jia Jia” & Little Brother “De De” Luggage Tag (retail value: HK$80). Availability is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment will begin on 30 July 2025 at 11 am, on a first-come, first-served basis.
