Shop Online and Pick Up in the Park!

In this online store, you can purchase selected merchandise with special discount and pick them up at "Waterfront Gifts" souvenir shop in Ocean Park on the date of your visit.

1. Upon completion of the transaction, guests will receive a Souvenir Voucher (containing a QR code for merchandise redemption) via email for order acknowledgement.
2. Guests should redeem the merchandise with the Redemption Voucher within 60 days from transaction date at “Waterfront Gifts” souvenir shop located in the Waterfront of Ocean Park. Guests must hold valid Ocean Park admission ticket for entry into the Park and redeem the merchandise within the operating hours of Ocean Park. Expired Redemption Voucher will not be accepted. If guests have any enquiries or need special redemption arrangement, please contact us via email at cs_retailoperations@oceanpark.com.hk before placing the purchase order online.
3. To help protect the environment, please bring your own shopping bag for merchandise redemption or guests can purchase a shopping bag at our shop.
4. Merchandise listed on this website is available while stock lasts.
5. Merchandise photos are for reference only.
6. Items sold are non-refundable.
7. Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that guests provide the product photo, the souvenir voucher and the redemption receipt through e-mail to cs_retailoperations@oceanpark.com.hk within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. Ocean Park reserves the right to accept the exchange of merchandise on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
8. The Park reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
