Sister School Programme - Secondary School

The “Sister School Programme” of Ocean Park provides an exchange platform between Hong Kong and Mainland schools. Through animal observation, interactive activities and project learning, the programme facilitates exchange and sharing among students from different localities, raising their awareness of ecological conservation and their love for nature. Hong Kong and Mainland students are able to learn from each other and broaden their horizons through fun –filled and enriching learning experiences. 

• Understand the threats faced by aquatic and terrestrial animals and their conservation status, examine on ways to save endangered species
• Enquire and explore from different perspectives through project learning, promoting in-depth exchange and collaboration between Hong Kong and Mainland students​
• Programme Format: Conservation project learning and presentation; Sharing sessions

Hong Kong and Mainland school must apply the Sister School Programmes as a group.

^Student’s programme fee includes education programme and self-visit at the Park.

#Ocean Park issues 1 accompanying teacher ticket for every 10 student tickets purchased per group, so they can accompany students to the programme. An extra fee applies for any additional teacher to enter the Park, and the fee does not include the participation of the programme.

(Applicable to Hong Kong school) Accompanying and additional teacher tickets do not include self-visit at the Park. Teachers who would like to stay behind after the programme must apply in advance and pay a stay-behind surcharge.

(Applicable to Mainland school) Accompanying and additional teacher tickets include self-visit at the Park.

The programme fees are valid until 31 August 2026.
