- Children aged below 5 are not permitted to enter “The Hatred Box”, “The Ritual Mansion”, “The Cannibal Woods”, “The Unsolved Terrors”, “The Soul Graveyard” and “H25: Rising Fear”. Children aged between 5 to 11 must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to enter “H25: Rising Fear”.
- Visitors who are suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, claustrophobia, epilepsy and physical discomfort or affected by drugs or alcohol and pregnant women are not recommended to participate in the 6 designated Halloween Fest attractions (“The Hatred Box”, “The Ritual Mansion”, “The Cannibal Woods”, “The Unsolved Terrors”, “H25: Rising Fear” and “The Soul Graveyard”).
- Due to capacity limitation, event will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Event details are subject to change without prior notice.
- The event may be cancelled due to inclement weather or Government’s epidemic prevention measure and no refund or rescheduling for such occasion.
- Ocean Park Corporation reserves the right to change/terminate the contents of this event at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation shall be final and binding.
