Welcome the new year with strong drumbeats! Visit the Fortune Dragon Drums at Waterfront Plaza, where a golden dragon flying above the large lucky drum soars nearly 5-meter-high, symbolising a new height in the year ahead! Beat the multiple auspicious drums and ring in the year with a wave of percussion that spread good fortune. Take a stroll through the auspicious garden for success in the Year of the Dragon!

Dragon and Lion Dance Fiesta

Traditional festive performances can’t be missed at the Lunar New Year! Watch the Roaring Dragon Dance weave high in the sky through the Waterfront, wishing everyone good luck and prosperity! The Luck of Lions Dance also bring their energy throughout the park, showcasing extraordinary skills and spreading blessings of good health and abundance!

Good fortune comes to a house with laughter! Dragon Year Laugh-in brings you a hilarious performance that will leave you giggling and chortling all the way into a year of good spirits! The God of Fortune will also show up together with his companions to give blessings of prosperity to you during the Good Fortune Parade, so stick around for even more luck!

An exclusive Chinese New Year Souvenir

Ocean Park launches a new and exclusive Lion Dancing Panda Shoulder Plush to celebrate the Chinese New Year! Putting the lion dance hat on and off, the auspicious Panda Shoulder Plush can show two different cute styles to enhance the Chinese New Year atmosphere; Moreover, there is a unique panda that hugs the cable car for your selection. The Chef team of Neptune’s restaurant has prepared four delicacies including “Smoked Salmon - Lo Hei” made of colourful ingredients such as smoked salmon, cucumber, purple cabbage, carrot, red and yellow bell pepper, pomelo, soba noodles, and crushed peanuts on top, wishing you a great success for the year ahead! The flavorful “Abalone with Chicken Fillet in Clay Pot” brings you wealth and good fortune! Taking advantage of Bean Sprouts in season, come and try the fresh “Braised Mushroom with Bean Sprouts in Conpoy Sauce”, you will have good health and boundless energy in the year of the Dragon. Finally, the tasty “Braised Pork Knuckle” signifies making a lot of money!

Meanwhile, the Old Hong Kong, Thrill Mountain Snack Cart, Rainforest Popcorn Cart and Green Gate Food Cart also feature delicious snacks and drinks including the “Crispy Fried Turnip Cakes”, “Happy New Year Platter”, and Special Drinks - “Strawberry Slush with Mixed Jerry”, “Iced Sprite with Loquat Jelly and Peach” and “Hot Chocolate with Cotton Candy Stick” which let everyone to “taste” the blessings at every corner of the Park.

Valentine’s Day Set Dinner Menu at Neptune’s Restaurant is available from February 13 to 14, 2024. To kick off your romantic evening with an exquisite gourmet platter of “Baked Abalone Tart”, “Seaweed with Sesame Sauce” and “Deep-fried Scallop and Duck Liver Stuffed in Mashed Taro” in a Sweet Sparkling Express. Then take a sip of the nourishing soup “Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw in a Whole Coconut”, it will definitely warm your stomach and heart! Boiled for 3 hours or more with the most sumptuous ingredients, like Netherland fish maw, the soup is fragrant and not greasy!  As for the main dishes, there is Australian lobster made from sustainable seafood, “Wok-fried Lobster with Assorted Wild Mushrooms and Truffle”, and “Wok-fried Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Cube with Crispy Garlic Chips” with rich texture for your selection. The delectable dish of “Baby Spinach with Crab Meat and Wolfberry” - tender green spinach is topped with flavorful Alaskan crab meat. “Inaniwa Noodles with Fish Fillet in Fish Broth” is made with Speckled Blue Grouper and the noodles are springy and full of flavor.
