Ocean Park has resumed operations on 13 June 2020. All visitors are required to make reservations online for their dates of visit.

Ocean Park has resumed operations on 13 June 2020. The Park is opening from 10:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays, and 10:00am to 7:00pm on weekends and public holidays, six days a week except Tuesdays, until 31 July 2020.
 
In order to provide visitors a spacious and well-ordered environment, the Park has adjusted its park-wide capacity, and all visitors* are required to make online reservations prior to their visits. Thank you for the overwhelming support, the Park is already fully booked from now until 24 July 2020. We are sorry that we are unable to receive visitors who arrive without reservations. 
 
Online reservations for the period from 25 July to 31 August 2020 will be opened at 4:00pm on 10 July 2020 for all visitors. We look forward to welcoming you at the Park.

*Except children aged below 3 and Hong Kong citizens aged 65 or above who are able to bring along up to two children aged 3 - 11
Ocean Park will assist our guests to refund or rebook the Park Tickets or any other in-park products with validity covering the Park's closure period (from 26 January to 12 June, 2020). Details are shown as below:

Park Tickets and In-Park Products

  • For guests who have purchased Ocean Park General Admission tickets, any type of packages/products or "Get Closer to the Animals" programmes through Ocean Park's official website or WeChat Mini Program, the Park would process the refund for the expired and unused tickets/packages automatically. An email will be sent to the guests when their bookings are cancelled. The refund process would take approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
  • For guests who have purchased Ocean Park General Admission tickets, any type of packages/products or "Get Closer to the Animals" programmes through Ocean Park's official ticket distributors, please approach the distributors or agents that you purchased the tickets to request for respective refund. Ocean Park will provide the necessary assistance as appropriate.
  • For guests who have purchased Park tickets at Ocean Park Ticketing Office or 7-Eleven stores which are unused and are valid until 30 June, 2020, guests can go to Ocean Park Ticketing Office to receive a cash refund or download and complete the "Park Closed Temporarily as of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Physical Ticket Refund Application Form", apply by post for refund arrangement. For guests who choose to exchange a ticket, guests can go to Ocean Park Ticketing Office on or before 31 August, 2020 to exchange a ticket valid for on-day admission.
  • For guests who are unable to enjoy the birthday offer during the park closure period can go to Ocean Park Ticketing Office to redeem a ticket for on-day admission, upon presentation of a Hong Kong Identity Document or Hong Kong Birth Certificate from 13 June to 31 August, 2020. The Park will be closed on every Tuesday between 13 June and 31 July, 2020. For guests whose birthdays fall into the dark day (Tuesday), guests can enjoy one-time free entry one day before (Monday) or after (Wednesday) their birthdays. For instance: Guest's birthday on 16 June can enjoy one-time free entry on either 15 June or 17 June, 2020.
