Enhancement to Free Shuttle Bus Service for Holders of Value Added Combo of Ocean Park and Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation

(28 February 2006 – Hong Kong) Ocean Park and Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) today announced that the free shuttle bus service between Ocean Park and KCR stations will be enhanced in response to the overwhelming support of the public for the Value Added Combo promotion.

Starting 1 March 2006, KCRC will increase the frequency of bus departures from West Rail Nam Cheong Station to Ocean Park.(via East Rail Hung Hom Station) from every hour to every 30 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays while a single return shuttle bus journey will also be arranged on weekdays.

From now until 1 May, visitors can enjoy the Domestic Combo at discounted price (Adult HK$185; Child HK$93). Domestic Combo includes one Ocean Park Daytime Admission Ticket and one KCR Domestic Travel Pass for unlimited standard class journeys on KCR (East Rail, Ma On Shan Rail, West Rail, Light Rail and designated KCR buses) on the day of purchase. Free shuttle bus trips to / from Ocean Park are also included. The Combo is available at the ticket offices of ALL East Rail stations (except Lo Wu and Racecourse Stations), Ma On Shan Rail and West Rail stations.

Lo Wu Combo includes one Ocean Park Daytime Admission Ticket, one KCR Lo Wu Travel Pass for two standard class journeys on East Rail or Ma On Shan Rail to/from Lo Wu Station within one month from the day of purchase and free shuttle bus trips to/from Ocean Park. The combo is available at the ticket office of East Rail Lo Wu Station. (Adult HK$222; Child HK$112)

Value Added Combos will be available at regular prices after the promotional period: $198 for adult and $99 for child on Domestic Combo and $235 for adult and $118 for child on Lo Wu Combo.
