Online tickets can only be purchased by credit card.
Tickets must be collected by the credit card holder only.
Ticket orders cannot be cancelled nor amended once the order form has been submitted to Ocean Park.
If you choose to print the tickets immediately, you may do so upon successful payment.
If you choose to receive the tickets by post, Ocean Park will make every reasonable effort to deliver the tickets to the address specified in your order form. However, Ocean Park shall not be held liable for any late delivery or loss of tickets or any consequential loss relating to such late delivery or loss for whatever reason.
If you choose to collect the tickets at Ocean Park Main Entrance in person, you must present a copy of the ticket redemption E-voucher and your credit card used for the purchase of the online tickets for verification.
Tickets are non-refundable and are valid only on the specified date or during the specified period printed on the tickets. Any re-sale of the tickets without prior consent in writing from Ocean Park is strictly prohibited.
In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Ocean Park may be closed with or without prior notice to the public. In case the Park reaches its maximum capacity, admission control may be imposed and you may not be allowed for entry. In any of such event, Ocean Park may, at its sole discretion, change the validity date of the ticket to an alternative date or refund the price of the ticket to you.
Tickets/Ticket redemption E-vouchers will be void if altered or defaced.
Ocean Park will only issue tickets after your credit card payment is authenticated. If the payment cannot be authenticated by the bank, Ocean Park reserves the right to cancel your ticket order.
All tickets sold will be subject to the Ocean Park Bylaws, which are displayed at the main entrance and on the website of Ocean Park. Upon confirming your ticket order via this online system, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Day Time Tickets are only applicable to admission to Ocean Park during its daily operating hours which are displayed at the main entrance and on the website of Ocean Park, while night tickets have to be purchased separately for special night events.
For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Ocean Park may suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park’s admission ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction.
Ocean Park reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
