Terms and Conditions
- Free enrollment in the program is only available to individuals aged 3 and above.
- Eligible participants aged 3 to 11 must be accompanied by a paying or successfully enrolled parent/guardian who meets all program requirements. An eligible paying or successfully enrolled parent/guardian can accompany a maximum of two participants aged 3 to 11.
- An adult eligible participant who has purchased or successfully enrolled for the program may bring one child under the age of three to attend at no extra cost.
- All applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participants must enter the Park on the selected programme date. Once confirmed, the selected programme date cannot be changed.
- Programme ticket cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. Programme tickets are non-transferrable, non-changeable and non-refundable.
- Please arrive at the gathering point on time. Latecomers will be regarded as absentees and might not be admitted to the programme.
- A programme ticket and Annual membership or HKID should be presented for verification at the gathering point.
- The content, dates, and application methods of the programme are subject to change or cancellation due to occasional animal needs or other specific circumstances without prior notice.
- Cancellation of the programme may be made under the following circumstances:
- Inclement weather, including but not limited to the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning issued by Hong Kong Observatory, may necessitate the closure of the Park; or
- Any safety issue regarding any participant, staff or animals; or
- Decision for immediate cancellation of the Programme at sole discretion of the Head of Zoological Operations & Conservation Division of the Park or his/her delegate.
- Photos and videos taken at the Park are not allowed for commercial use without prior approval from the Park.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation shall be final and binding.
