There are so many stimulating experiences around us. A wonderful seafood meal could inspire students to explore the world around them in any number of ways. The following unique activities are suitable for students who take up Liberal Studies / Citizenship and Social Development. Learning through everyday life can be a fun educational experience!

    Sustainable Seafood

    • Understand the roles of fishers and the government in sustainable fishery through drama activity
    • Promote sustainable seafood to visitors through an interactive game
    • Programme Format: Explore the relationships between fishing methods and fish’s behaviours; Promote “Sustainable Seafood”
    The related materials in "Sustainable Seafood" programme (Liberal Studies/ Citizenship and Social Development) were advised by the Curriculum Development Officer of Curriculum Development Institute, Education Bureau. The resources were introduced in a professional development programme for Liberal Studies teachers on 19 March 2021. Teachers were satisfied with the programme.

    All participants should enter Ocean Park at the same time. Teachers should approach our Ticketing Office for the admission procedure upon arrival at Ocean Park. Please then proceed to the designated gathering location as explained in the Confirmation Letter.

    ˇProgramme fee includes education programme and stay-behind surcharge

    Ocean Park issues 1 accompanying teacher ticket for every 10 student tickets purchased per group, so they can accompany students to the classroom session. An extra fee applies for any additional teacher to enter the Park. Students cannot use the teacher admission tickets, and vice versa.

    The programme fees are valid until 31 August 2022.
