* The Halloween Combo Ticket is a dated ticket and does not include the Park’s admission, all participants must enter the Park with a valid admission ticket, SmartFun Annual Pass, Unlimited Entry Pass, InFUNity Entry Pass or SumFUN Entry Pass.

All SmartFun members/ InFUNity Entry Pass/ SumFUN Entry Pass/ Unlimited Entry Pass holders can enjoy free admission to the Park throughout the Halloween Fest period within their membership or pass validity period^.

^ A valid SmartFun Annual Pass/ InFUNity Entry Pass / SumFUN Entry Pass /Unlimited Entry Pass must be presented during admission and ticket purchase.

Important notes:

“Survivor of the Undead”, “Forbidden Rainforest Treasure Hunt” and “The Supernatural Ghost Tour” has age and height limitations.
Children aged below 5 are not permitted to enter “The Supernatural Ghost Tour”.
Children aged below 5 are not permitted to enter “Survivor of the Undead” unless accompanied by a person who has attained the age of 15 or above.
Guests who do not meet the minimum height requirement of 120 cm are not allowed to participate in “Forbidden Rainforest Treasure Hunt”. Children under 12 years of age and is of 120 cm or above in height must be accompanied by a person who has attained the age of 15 and is of 120 cm or above in height to enter “Forbidden Rainforest Treasure Hunt”.
Online reservation is NOT required for Halloween Combo Ticket holder. Please read carefully on the terms and conditions of the event before enrolment.
Holders of Halloween Combo Ticket must redeem a wristband at Main Entrance Ticketing Counter to enjoy unlimited access to the 3 designated Halloween Fest attractions.
The Halloween Combo Ticket is a dated ticket and does not include the Park’s admission, all participants must enter the Park with a valid admission ticket, SmartFun Annual Pass, Unlimited Entry Pass, InFUNity Entry Pass and SumFUN Entry Pass.
Guests who are suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, claustrophobia, epilepsy and physical discomfort or affected by drugs or alcohol and pregnant women are not recommended to participate in the 3 Halloween Fest attractions (“Survivor of the Undead”, “Forbidden Rainforest Treasure Hunt”, “The Supernatural Ghost Tour”).
Due to capacity limitation, enrolment will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Event detail are subject to change without prior notice.
For security and safety reasons, guests are not permitted to wear a full face mask or full face make up in the Park during Halloween Fest.
The event may be cancelled due to inclement weather or Government’s epidemic prevention measure and no refunds or rain checks for such occasion.
Ocean Park reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, the decision of Ocean Park shall be final.
