Car park reservations and Ocean FasTrack for 8 October 2023* will be refunded via the payment method used for purchase. Please expect up to six to eight weeks of processing time.
For the unused admission tickets (including purchased add-on tickets) dated 8 October 2023 from the chartered event for Bank of China (Hong Kong) staff and family members, ticket holders have the option to enter the Park on any day between October 13th and October 15th, 2023.
