Ticket Exchange or Refund Arrangement for Ocean Park Halloween Fest Ticket Dated 31 October 2019

Guests holding unused ticket(s) dated 31 October 2019 can choose to exchange a ticket or receive a full refund. Details are as follows:

Ocean Park will arrange ticket exchange or full refund for the eligible guests who hold ticket(s) below:
  1. Unused Ocean Park Admission Ticket(s) Dated 31 October 2019, purchased at Ocean Park Ticketing Office
  2. Unused Ocean Park Electronic Admission Ticket(s) Dated 31 October 2019, purchased on Ocean Park Official Website
  3. Unused Ocean Park Halloween Fest Admission Ticket(s), purchased at 7-Eleven stores (Ticket name starting with HW or Halloween)
  4. Unused Ocean Park SmartFun Annual Pass Top-up Halloween Fest Premium Ticket(s) dated 31 October 2019 <Note: this top-up ticket type is applicable for refund only, but not applicable for the ticket exchange arrangement>

Terms & Conditions for Ticket Exchange or Refund

1. Ticket Exchange or Refund Handling Period

Ticket exchange handling period: From 8 November 2019 to 30 April 2020, ticket holders can visit Ticketing Office at Ocean Park Main Entrance to exchange an on-day daytime admission ticket and in-Park cash coupon for each ticket. 

Refund handling period: From 8 November 2019 to 31 December 2019, ticket holders can apply refund by visiting Ticketing Office at Ocean Park Main Entrance in person or by email/post.

2. Ticket Exchange Arrangement

Handling period: 8 November 2019 to 30 April 2020

Handling location: Ticketing Office at Ocean Park Main Entrance (Handling period: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Exchange method: The above eligible guests (point 1 – 3) shall bring along the full and valid physical ticket(s) or electronic ticket(s) to Ticketing Office at Ocean Park Main Entrance.

General Admission Ticket Adult Ticket holders can exchange an on-day adult daytime admission ticket and HK$100 in-Park cash coupon.

Child Ticket holders can exchange an on-day child daytime admission ticket and HK$50 in-Park cash coupon.
Halloween Fest Premium Ticket Adult Ticket holders can exchange an on-day adult daytime admission ticket, an on-day Ocean FasTrack (Standard) (value at HK$280) and HK$200 in-Park cash coupon.

Child Ticket holders can exchange an on-day child daytime admission ticket, an on-day Ocean FasTrack (Standard) (value at HK$280) and HK$100 in-Park cash coupon.

Refund arrangement 1 – Visit Ocean Park in person (Applicable to both electronic and physical tickets)

Handling period: 8 November to 31 December 2019

Handling location: Ticketing Office at Ocean Park Main Entrance (Handling period: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Refund method: The above eligible guests (point 1 – 4) shall bring along the full and valid physical or electronic ticket(s) to Ticketing Office at Ocean Park Main Entrance to receive a cash refund (based on the ticket face value in Hong Kong dollars). If the tickets were purchased by credit card, card owner must present the credit card in person for onsite refund application (application on behalf is not accepted).

 


Refund arrangement 2 - Apply by Email (Applicable to electronic tickets only)

Handling period: 8 November to 31 December 2019, based on the date of email. Late email will not be accepted.

Refund method: The above eligible guests (point 2 and 4) shall download “Halloween Fest – Ticket Refund Application Form (Applicable for application by email)” starting 8 November 2019. Read the terms and conditions, complete the form and email it with your full and valid electronic ticket file(s) to the following email: refund.ticketing@oceanpark.com.hk. This email address is for refund purpose only and will not conduct any replies. Should you have any enquires about park information, please call our Enquiry Hotline at (852) 3923-2323 during 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or email to gr@oceanpark.com.hk.

Refund arrangement 3 – Apply by post (Applicable to physical tickets only)

Handling period: 8 November to 31 December 2019, based on the postage stamp date. Late mail will not be accepted.

Refund method: The above eligible guests (point 1,3 and 4) shall download “Halloween Fest – Ticket Refund Application Form (Applicable for application by post)” starting 8 November 2019. Read the terms and conditions, complete the form and mail it with your full and valid physical ticket(s) to the following address:

Please state “Halloween Fest Refund Application ” on your envelope.


Postage subsidy:
Ocean Park will pay a one-time HK$35 fee as a postage subsidy for each successful refund application (regardless of region and ticket amount). The postage subsidy will be deposited into a valid Hong Kong dollar account of a local licensed bank designated by the applicants. You are advised to use registered mail or the courier service to avoid loss of mail items.

Please keep a hard copy or photographed copy of your submitted form and your original (front and back) ticket(s), and a stub proving your mail for future reference.
  1. Ocean Park will complete procedures for all refund applications by post or by email on or before 14 February 2020 via the methods below:
    The refund will be deposited to a designated bank account as written on the application form by the ticket holder or credit card account which was used for ticket purchase. This account must be a valid Hong Kong dollar or credit card account of a Hong Kong licensed bank.
  2. In case of doubt, Ocean Park may require the ticket holder applying for the refund or ticket exchange to provide additional information in order to handle the application. All such refunds will be handled after 15 January 2020. If the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, this may result in longer refund processing times.
  3. If the information on the ticket is erased or altered, or the ticket is damaged, smudged or torn, Ocean Park reserves the right to refuse the ticket exchange and refund application.
  4. In the event that a ticket is found to be fraudulent, Ocean Park will report such ticket to the police. Any attempt to apply for a refund with misrepresentation (Theft Ordinance), or to produce or use a fake ticket (Crimes Ordinance) is deemed fraudulent behaviour and constitutes an offence that may lead to conviction and imprisonment. Please do not violate the law.
  5. The personal data collected in this form is for verification and refund application purposes only, and will be destroyed after completing the refund procedure.
  6. In case of any disputes, Ocean Park reserves the right of final decision.
