From 26 September to 2 November, Asia’s biggest and freakiest Halloween party will be filled to the brim with more than 300 ghastly ghouls, ghosts and zombies to bring to life 8 new haunted houses inspired by the most frightful local and international tales, and ruled over by 8 pairs of new house masters and mistresses. The all-new 9 spellbinding show titles with 40 performances, and 3 scare zones around the park will sure bring you more creepy and hair-raising thrills!

“Constantly raising the bar is what Ocean Park does best. We pioneered the Halloween Bash attraction in 2001 and this year we’ve set another new standard for scary fun and excitement with the biggest and most thrilling Halloween party in Asia,” said Dr. Allan Zeman, Chairman of Ocean Park.”

“Our innovative multi-sensory fear formula brings together our city’s rich history of myths, legends and ghost stories for a truly interactive experience – you’ll be attacked by unexpected surprises, but best of all, you can also scare other people’s socks off!”

With 8 new haunted houses this year, guests will experience interactive horror mischief and groundbreaking audio and visual elements that will startle all 5 senses. The excitement starts from the Tai Shue Wan Plaza with Blue Girl presents: Ghastly Entertainment City, an evil entertainment complex for local ghostly nightlife, where mischievous guests outside will be able to take the reigns of terror and activate shocking effects to scare those inside! Next to it will be the Estate of Horror, where even the faint of heart will have to choose a dreadful path down Hong Kong’s most cursed housing estate.

Up in the Headland, The Canton Case will be the Park’s first-ever audio-driven haunted attraction as woeful whispers describe a dreary tale while guests deduce the identity of the true murderer; while in The 4th Dimension, guests will have their visual senses flipped on end in the world of illusions and disorientation.

More thrills and chills await in the Lowland and the Deadly Doll Factory, where you will watch ghouls come alive from many feet under; and Yahoo! presents: Nightmares of the Bamboo Theatre is a cursed theatre built on scaffoldings – just like the old days - where a troupe of the dead walk around backstage. Sony Digital SLR Camera α presents: The Tomb of Doom is an ancient crypt with a Chinese terracotta army which ensures a new and exciting tomb raiding adventure in which you will have to find your own way back! Last but not the least, the Gruesome Greenhouse will plant you in the eerie wonders of a murderous mutant jungle as you crawl and climb your way to freedom!

Watch as the Park and its guests are engulfed in Halloween madness by 9 exciting and interactive Halloween show titles with more than 40 performances. The Demon Wedding Ceremony, led by Luna Midnyte and The Sinister Sparkle ‘N Sonic Show will turn Tai Shue Wan Plaza into a ghastly music party bombarding the senses with a multimedia spectacular. For 3 designated nights, renowned DJ, Wan Hoi (雲海) will be at the Spooky Park Radio Station in person to make hairs stand on end with spine chilling tales of mystery and macabre! Fashion-lovers must join The Next Super Undead as contestants Dressed-To-Die-For compete to win Halloween privilege tickets. In addition, 3 new Scare Zones, Wicked Wild West, Deconstruction Zone and The Subterranean Spiritland will leave guests howling for more!

Don’t miss the new Hall of the Dread where you will meet Ocean Park Chairman Allan Zeman’s iconic characters and other ghoulish stars from the past 7 Halloween Bashes. At Kid’s World, a plethora of interactive games and widgets are ready to let children immerse themselves in the plucky fun of Halloween. Both of the above attractions are available everyday in the Halloween Bash.
