Ocean Park Warmly Welcomed The First Group of Non-Guangdong Residents from Shenzhen Visiting Hong Kong Under Individual Visit Scheme

(Hong Kong – 16 December 2009) A new individual visit initiative enabling Shenzhen’s non-Guangdong residents to visit Hong Kong as individual tourists came into effect yesterday. To mark the occasion, Ocean Park held a special welcoming ceremony today to receive 80 of these special tourists. As a widely recognised must-see tourist destination, Ocean Park treated these guests to a special tour of the Park’s unique and world-class attractions, including a ride on the Ocean Express funicular train, connecting with nature through the Sea Dreams! performance at Ocean Theatre,  as well as visiting Sea Jelly Spectacular

Photo 4 & 5: Ocean Park invited the guests to the Ocean Theatre for Sea Dreams!—a show featuring dolphins and sealions, together with their trainers.  The guests were thrilled to have a close-up encounter with the animal ambassadors.
