Water World also has the following tips for visitors to make the most of their trips:

  • Lockers: Rental is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors can book our locker service online in advance or rent it on-site at the ticketing counter or locker room.

  • Clothing: Rash guard or tight-fitted clothing can be worn on top of swimwear. Wear clothing with no hard objects such as rivets, zippers or metal buckle at the back to ensure safety. Visitors are recommended to wear shoes for water sports, strapped water sandals or flip-flops. Visitors may be asked to take them off or hold them in their hands to enjoy some water slides and other water facilities.

  • Personal belongings: Visitors are recommended to bring a small waterproof pouch to hold their mobile phones, credit cards or Octopus cards when enjoying water facilities. Visitors can use GoPro or sports cameras of similar style, which must be tightly secured to the body, while handles or selfie poles are strictly restricted on water slides.

  • Floatation devices: Lifejackets certified by internationally recognised entities are allowed, and are also provided for visitors’ complimentary use. Other own inflatable equipment or surf boards are not allowed. Meanwhile, approved water guns are available for purchase.

  • Food and beverages: There are food courts, snack kiosks and self-service vending machines at the venue that offer a variety of food and beverages for selection.
