New application and renewal of SmartFun Annual Pass memberships, voucher purchase/redemption and same-day daytime ticket upgrade service have ended from 1 July 2020. Current SmartFun Annual Pass members will continue to enjoy membership privileges until the end of their membership period.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The exclusive animal programme is only applicable to the members who purchase or renew their membership on or after 1 July 2016 with new prices.
  2. Each member is entitled to have one free admission to an exclusive animal programme during the membership year.
  3. Members have to enrol at least 14 days in advance. An email will be sent to the registered members within 5 working dates to notify the result of registration.
  4. Member under the age of 12 must be accompanied by one parent or guardian. The parent or guardian without valid SmartFun Annual Pass must purchase a daytime admission ticket to enter the Park and pay for the programme fee of $80 on the programme date.
  5. Application will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. If the application is not successful, members are required to apply another date via email.
  6. The date of programme cannot be changed once confirmed. All places are non-transferable. If member is absent, it is deemed that you have forfeited the programme and quotas are deducted.
  7. No direct contact with our animal will be offered during the programme.
  8. Please be punctual and gather at the designated location.
  9. Members have to purchase a daytime admission ticket to enter the park if the event day is a blockout date of their membership; quota will be deducted from the member’s account.
