SmartFun Annual Pass Membership Extension Arrangements

In response to the Government’s requirements in the wake of the resurgence of COVID-19 infections, Ocean Park has been temporarily closed again since early December 2020. We have truly missed you and we genuinely thank you for your support and patience during this long wait. To ensure that our SmartFun members can enjoy their privileges and Park experiences to the fullest, we are extending the validity of all existing SmartFun Annual Pass memberships that originally expired on or after 2 December 2020 by the number of days the Park has been closed (2 December 2020 to 17 February 2021) beyond their original expiration date.

If you have already renewed your SmartFun Annual Pass, your existing SmartFun Annual Pass membership will be extended. The membership validity of your renewed Annual Pass will activate after the expiry date of your existing Annual Pass.

*Members whose membership validity expired on or before 1 December 2020 are not eligible for these membership extension arrangements.

Our system will be updated to reflect your new validity period on 18 February 2021, after which you may log in to your SmartFun online account to check the change.

  • All SmartFun Annual Pass membership validity dates will be updated automatically.
  • Members can continue using their existing SmartFun Annual Pass until the new validity date expires, to enjoy in-park shopping, dining and other member-exclusive offers when the Park reopens.
  • Members with birthdays fell between January and September or December who have not yet redeemed their birthday privileges during 2020, or who have in-park coupons (including electronic and physical coupons) that expired during the park's temporary closure, may still enjoy the same privileges and offers within the three months after the Park reopens.
  • The bonus dining discount^ offered to members upon the park's reopening on 18 September 2020 will be extended by one month. Members who have not yet redeemed this offer may enjoy a one-time 50% off (Premium Pass), 40% off (Gold Pass) or 30% off (Silver Pass) all-you-can-order discount at designated restaurants or food kiosks (excluding McDonald's Restaurant and Ciao Chow) within 30 days after the park reopening (17 March 2021 or earlier). A valid SmartFun Annual Pass must be presented at the restaurant or food kiosk.
  • Members who would prefer to receive a new SmartFun Annual Pass with the updated validity date printed on it may proceed to the Ocean Park Ticketing Office and request a pass change.

  • Enjoy 50% (Premium), 40% (Gold) or 30% (Silver) off on your whole bill at one in-park restaurant, food kiosk or mobile food cart (except McDonald's Restaurant & Ciao Chow).
  • Please state that you are using this offer and present your valid SmartFun Annual Pass before payment to enjoy the offer.
  • This offer is valid from 18 September to 17 March 2021.
  • The designated restaurants and food kiosks may be chartered for private functions, and their opening hours may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • This offer can be used once only, and the offer quota will be deducted upon usage.
  • Consumption amount excludes 10% service charge (based on the original price).
  • Spending and discount amount is based on one single receipt.
  • This offer is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with SmartFun membership discount and other promotional offers.
  • In the case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation shall be final and binding.
  • Ocean Park Corporation reserves the right to change or terminate the contents of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
