SmartFun Annual Pass Membership Extension Arrangements

To combat the volatile COVID-19 pandemic and comply with the city's preventive measures, Ocean Park temporarily closed again in mid-July. We have truly missed you and we genuinely thank you for your support and patience during this long wait. To ensure that our SmartFun members can enjoy their privileges and Park experiences to the fullest, we are extending the validity of all existing SmartFun Annual Pass memberships that originally expired on or after 15 July by 65 days beyond their original expiration date, to reflect the number of days the Park has been closed (15 July to 17 September). What's more, through 19 December 2020, you can enjoy a one-time offer for 50% (Premium), 40% (Gold) or 30% (Silver) off^ on your whole bill when dining in the Park as an extra thank-you from us! To enjoy this delicious offer, just present your valid SmartFun Annual Pass at one of the Park's designated restaurants, food kiosks or mobile food carts. Make your Park journey even more joyful with a tasty treat!
 
If you have already renewed your SmartFun Annual Pass, your existing SmartFun Annual Pass membership will be extended. The membership validity of your renewed Annual Pass will activate after the expiry date of your existing Annual Pass.
 
*Members whose membership validity expired on or before 14 July 2020 are not eligible for these membership extension arrangements.
 
Our system will be updated to reflect your new validity period on 18 September 2020, after which you may log in to your SmartFun online account to check the change.

Notes

  1. All SmartFun Annual Pass membership validity dates will be updated automatically.
  2. Members can continue using their existing SmartFun Annual Pass until the new validity date expires, to enjoy in-park shopping, dining and other member-exclusive offers when the Park reopens.
  3. Members whose birthdays fell between January and September and have not redeemed their birthday offers, or who have in-park physical coupons or e-coupons that expired during this period, can redeem their related privileges or offers within three months after the Park reopens.
  4. Members who would prefer to receive a new SmartFun Annual Pass with the updated validity date printed on it may proceed to the Ocean Park Ticketing Office and request a pass change.
^Terms & Conditions for the Limited-time Dining Offer
  1. Enjoy 50% (Premium), 40% (Gold) or 30% (Silver) off on your whole bill at one in-park restaurant, food kiosk or mobile food cart (except McDonald's Restaurant & Ciao Chow).
  2. Please state that you are using this offer and present your valid SmartFun Annual Pass before payment to enjoy the offer.
  3. This offer is valid from 18 September to 19 December 2020.
  4. The designated restaurants and food kiosks may be chartered for private functions, and their opening hours may be subject to change without prior notice.
  5. This offer can be used once only, and the offer quota will be deducted upon usage.
  6. Consumption amount excludes 10% service charge (based on the original price).
  7. Spending and discount amount is based on one single receipt.
  8. This offer is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with SmartFun membership discount and other promotional offers.
  9. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation shall be final and binding.
  10. Ocean Park Corporation reserves the right to change or terminate the contents of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
