Terms & Conditions for InFUNity Entry Pass Use
- InFUNity Entry Pass Holders can enjoy unlimited admission to Ocean Park during its operating hours on Park admission days throughout the designated validity period, excluding Park closures. Ocean Park may change the Park admission days or operating opening hours, closure of the Park or suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time, without prior notice, for repairs, maintenance, inclement weather or another reason. As a condition of sale, any request for a partial or full refund for InFUNity Entry Pass Use purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspensions, attraction closures, changes in Park admission days, opening hours or Park closure. During periods when the Park's crowd control policy is implemented, all guests (including InFUNity Entry Pass Holders) must make online reservations prior to their visit. These reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon arrival, InFUNity Entry Pass Holders will be required to present their reservation QR code, InFUNity Entry Pass and identification document(s) to enter the Park.
- Adult InFUNity Entry Pass: For applicants aged 12 or above.
- Child InFUNity Entry Pass: For applicants aged 3 to 11 (Child InFUNity Entry Pass Holders must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above).
- Student InFUNity Entry Pass: For full-time Primary or Secondary School, Post-Secondary, or Higher Education students aged 12 or above.
- InFUNity Entry Pass Holders must present their Pass, together with their Identity Card or identification document(s), for verification purposes upon admission; otherwise, Ocean Park can refuse entry to the Park. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
- In addition to their Identity Card or identification document(s), Student InFUNity Entry Pass Holders must also present their valid Full-time Student Identity Card or Full-time Student Handbook for verification purposes upon admission; otherwise, Ocean Park can refuse entry to the Park. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
- Guests who feel unwell or display any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever (>=38°C), a cough, a sore throat or shortness of breath should stay home and consult a doctor immediately. Ocean Park has the right to refuse entry to anyone who is displaying symptoms.
- Guests should stay home and reschedule their visit to the Park if they have a family or household member who has been diagnosed with or is displaying symptom(s) of COVID-19.
- The InFUNity Entry Pass is not valid for charter events, wedding banquets, evening charters, and other paid events and facilities in the Park.
- The InFUNity Entry Pass is non-transferable. Ocean Park reserves the right to check the Pass Holder's Identity Card or identification document(s) for verification purposes, as well as the right to confiscate the Pass if this rule is violated.
- Lost or damaged Passes may be replaced for a HK$50 fee per replacement Pass.
- In the event that you lose your Pass, please report this to Ocean Park immediately.
- Payment for the InFUNity Entry Pass is non-refundable. Ocean Park reserves the right to terminate the validity of a Pass at any time, and in this case may provide the Pass Holder with a full or partial refund of the actual amount paid for the Pass.
- Guests must comply with Ocean Park's bylaws, safety rules, and rules and regulations, which are posted at the entrances and/or available at other appropriate locations throughout the Park.
Pass Application Terms & Conditions
- Please complete the application in BLOCK LETTERS. The English name of the applicant must be the same as that shown on the Identity Card or identification document(s).
- Student InFUNity Entry Pass applicants must be full-time students at a Primary or Secondary School, Post-Secondary or Higher Education, aged 12 or above.
- When applying for a Student InFUNity Entry Pass, please present a valid Full-time Student Identity Card or Full-time Student Handbook for verification.
- Child InFUNity Entry Pass applicants must be aged 3-11. Endorsement by a parent or guardian is required. Child InFUNity Entry Pass Holders must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to enter the Park.
- After the expiry date of the Pass, we will take all practicable steps to either securely delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data only for so long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in Privacy Policy Statement.
- In relation to use of Your Information in direct marketing, we will only do so subject to your consent and you have the right to opt-out from such use. You may also change your preference with regard to use of Your Information in direct marketing at any time.
- If you choose not to supply any of the mandatory personal data required in this Application Form, Ocean Park reserves the right to not process your application. In all situations, Pass application acceptance is subject to Ocean Park's final decision. Ocean Park may at its sole and absolute discretion approve or decline any such application.
- Completed application forms may be returned in person to the Ticketing Office, Ocean Park, Aberdeen, Hong Kong.
- Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
