The first round of exclusive events was the Panda Twins Fan Club Inauguration Ceremony and Fan Club Private Tour conducted through a lucky draw format. Selected 'Panda Pawrents' were notified on 10 April 2025.

The new Caretakers Private Tour will be held through online enrollment. Quotas are limited to 200, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Members who successfully enroll will receive a confirmation email and may join the event at the designated session, where Giant Panda caretakers will guide you to visit the "Elder Sister" and "Little Brother", meanwhile sharing their professional knowledge and providing further insights into the lesser-known aspects of the giant panda twins' lives!

During the event period, anyone who joins "Panda Twins Fan Club” can choose to join "Panda Twins Fan Club Inauguration Ceremony” Ticket Lucky Draw. The number of winners of the activity is 600 and each winner will receive one ticket! You can join MIRROR members Keung To and Ian Chan in a special “Panda Pawrents” ceremony, blessing the panda twins to grow up healthy and happy!
