Terms and Conditions

“One Admission, Two Park Visits” Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion period is from 5 November 2025 to 16 December 2025.
  2. This ticket is valid from 5 November 2025 to 17 December 2025.
  3. This ticket entitles the same visitor to visit the Park on any two operating days of the Park during the period from 5 November 2025 to 17 December 2025.
  4. The visitor’s name will be printed on the electronic ticket for verification purposes.
  5. This offer is only available to the same visitor who holds a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
  6. The same visitor holding this ticket must present his/her valid Hong Kong Identity Card upon two entries to the Park for verification purposes.  Failure to present valid identification will require the visitor to pay the price difference on-site.
  7. This ticket can be converted to the corresponding Ocean Park Annual Membership by paying the designated amount based on the membership category.  Other Terms and Conditions apply for the upgrade of day time admission ticket to Ocean Park Annual Membership.
  8. Any child (aged 11 or below) must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 15 or above) with valid admission ticket when entering and staying in Ocean Park.
  9. This ticket is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash.
  10. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation shall be final and binding.
  11. Ocean Park Corporation reserves the right to change/terminate the contents of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
